Answer : Presently it is only online. In future, we may plan for offline sales. Shall keep posted on the same as we provide offline sales

Answer : Yes. We have different categories of products. Made in USA is one of the categories to choose
Question: What is the mode of shipment?
Answer : Our Shipment partner is FedEx, who guarantee shipments as per commitment.
Question: What is the payment mode?
Answer : We have digital payments mode via credit and Debit cards.
Question: Is there any additional charges for shipment?
Answer : Free Shipping is available for purchases equal-to or above USD 99. However, it will take next 5 days for delivery within USA. Additional charges are applicable for present- and following-day shipment.
Question: In case there is any defect in the product, shall I return and get a replacement of the same product?
Answer: In case, there is any damage while shipping or a manufacturing defect and if it is covered on warranty period, then the product can be returned and replaced. Return of products will be accepted only for 21 days from the date of purchase.
Question: In case I can cancel the order due to non-satisfaction of any product, will the company refund?
Answer: Products can be cancelled due to non-satisfaction, within 7 days of purchase. In-store discount equivalent to the amount of refund is available. Refund will be made available after we get the returned product from our end. However any damage caused from your side will not be considered for cancellation or refund
